Originally a by-product of the Dundee marmalade industry, the recipe evolved using mixed peel from the marmalade-making. It contains the best quality vine fruits and cherries, and is decorated with whole almonds. Shortbread House is a small family run bakery based in Edinburgh. All products are made by hand and only the highest quality ingredients are used.
