One of our favourites this outstanding unpasteurised cheese has only been around since 2004. Hampshire Cheeses was established with the aim of producing an artisanal cheese using the highest quality local milk.....Two years later they won Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards. The producers, friends Stacey Hedges and Julie Cheyney, have used traditional rennet to develop a cheese with a creamy texture wrinkled rind and a unique taste.
