Copas started producing Organic turkeys in response to strong consumer demand in 2006.

Copas Free Range Organic turkeys are made up of approximately 5 different traditional bronze breeds & are free to stroll around glorious grass meadows, taking in the fresh air & countryside every day.

Copas Free Range Bronze Turkeys roam in cherry orchards & grass meadows. Copas maintain the highest welfare standards raising their turkeys on a balanced cereal diet with no growth promoting additives. Upon reaching full adult maturity the turkeys are dry-plucked by hand and game-hung for two weeks to ensure the dense succulent meat has a full traditional flavour.
