Lancashire Bomb: A handsome addition to any table! The legendary Lancashire Bomb from Andrew Shorrocks is presented in a black wax purse. Since the early 20th century four generations of Shorrocks have made this exceptional Tasty Lancashire in Goosnargh in Lancashire and in 1938 Shorrocks Tasty Lancashire won the renowned Preston Open Cheese Fair The same traditions and the dedication of one family have resulted today in a fantastic example of a true regional classic. Made with pasteurised milk from their own herd of Holstein Friesian cows this handmade strong Lancashire is matured for 24 months. It is very creamy and full of flavour. Made with vegetarian rennet. Approx 460g.

Colston Bassett Stilton: One of our truly great regional products! Colston Bassett's handmade Stilton is a pasteurised cows' milk cheese made with traditional animal rennet. It is strong in flavour yet remains smooth and creamy with distinctive blue veins which become more strongly defined as the cheese matures. Approx 200-250g

Vulscombe: A beautifully presented small round goats cheese. This is one of the tastiest goats cheeses around with a delicate not too goaty flavour. Made in Tiverton in Devon Vulscombe is available in several varieties: plain; black peppercorns; herbs and garlic. 170g.

Organic Duddleswell: The deliciously nutty flavour of Duddleswell comes from the award-winning High Weald Dairy in Sussex run by husband and wife team Mark & Sarah Hardy. With its smooth creamy texture it is a hard pressed dale-type cheese with a natural rind. Made from pasteurised sheep milk with vegetarian rennet. Approx 150g.
