In 2004 two friends Stacey Hedges and Julie Cheyney established Hampshire Cheeses with the aim of producing an artisanal cheese using the highest quality local milk..... ...Two years later they won Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards. The producers have used traditional rennet to develop a cheese with a creamy texture wrinkled rind and a unique taste.
