Colston Bassett's handmade Stilton is strong in flavour yet remains smooth and creamy with distinctive blue veins which become more strongly defined as the cheese matures.

Named after the place where it was sold rather than produced Stilton has graced British tables since the 18th century. Both blue and white stilton have been awarded Protected Designations of Origin (PDO). Today Stilton can only be made in the adjoining counties of Nottinghamshire Leicestershire and Derbyshire. Approx 250g.
