The deliciously nutty flavour of Duddleswell comes from the award-winning High Weald Dairy in Sussex run by husband and wife team Mark & Sarah Hardy. With its smooth creamy texture it is a hard pressed dale-type cheese with a natural rind. Turned daily, the cheese is matured for up to five months before final approval by the cheesemaker.
