This outstanding cheese has been made by the Keens at Moorhayes Farm since 1899. Third generation brothers George and Stephen continue to make unpasteurised Cheddar with the help of their herd of 250 Friesian cows.
Of medium strength, this lovely Organic Cheddar has a smooth mellow flavour and has previously won a Gold Award at the British Cheese Awards. Made with pasteurised Organic Cows' milk from the cows on the farm, it is golden yellow in colour and has a firm but crumbly texture after maturing for up to 5 months.
