The famous Scottish ewes' milk mould ripened cheese. Artisan cheese-maker Humphrey Errington has been farming on the western edge of the Pentland Hills near Carnwath since the early 1980s and has been making Lanark Blue since 1985. Handmade in a farmhouse creamery, Lanark Blue is similar in style to Roquefort. 600g
