Quince and Damson Fruit Cheese 125g
2* GOLD GREAT TASTE AWARD WINNER 2005. Fruit cheeses are not Cheese but a very heavy fruit puree and known as cheeses since Georgian Times when they were eaten with Cheese! It goes well with all cheeses but is an ideal accompaniment for blue cheese. For the more adventurous Quince and Damson Fruit Cheese marries extremely well with pheasant and duck in either a sauce or stuffing. According to producer Colin Wainwright it is even better when eaten with fruit and cream!
