Product information: Hung for a minimum of 28 days, our beef comes from the following breeds throughout the seasons: South Devon, Red Devon/Ruby Red, Aberdeen Angus and Hereford. Our Free Range Chicken comes from birds with complete freedom to explore grassy meadows. Bred on a simple, natural diet and allowed to grow to greater maturity, these free range chickens are Plymouth Rock and Cornish white. Our lamb comes from the Dorset Downs breed, and are allowed to roam freely over the Devon coastal hills.
